My order didn't arrive — what happens next?
We'll check with the carrier and either locate your package or arrange a reship within 24 hours. No action needed on your end until we've investigated.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. You can initiate online or bring the item to any Alpine Apparel store with your order confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, contact us and we'll do our best — but cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins.
When will my refund appear?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 2-3 days to post it to your account.
